Reception/Front Desk
Description
CORE is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team at our main office in Fort Lauderdale. This role is focused on providing front desk support and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized office environment. The Receptionist/Front Office is the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees, and will assist with office operations, hospitality services, and company events.
Responsibilities
- Perform general receptionist duties.
- Assist Leadership with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Support corporate meetings, events, and activities.
- Organize, inventory, and maintain office supplies and safety equipment.
- Ensure field and office employees have the resources required to perform their work efficiently.
- Handle/process mail and packages, including preparing and sending documents and checks via FedEx and other courier services.
- Maintain office kitchens, ensuring it is stocked with snacks, beverages, and essential supplies for staff.
- Provide support to the Office Management in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or retail role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrates reliability and punctuality in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to lift and transport boxes or marketing merchandise (up to 25–30 lbs.) as needed for office activities, supplies and/or events.
