Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
- Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and patient records
- Communicate clearly with patients, parents, and our clinical team
- Help keep the day running smoothly across both offices
Qualifications
You will be required to possess the following:
- Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
- Cloud 9 practice management software experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to travel between Union City and Douglasville locations
