An innovative manufacturing company with 100 employees is seeking a strategic VP of Operations/ COO to lead operations through an exciting phase of scale and transformation and help drive its growth from $30M to $100M+ in revenue. This is a fully onsite position in Austin.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy, process development, and scalability across all business functions.
- Oversee multi-site manufacturing and global supply chain operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Drive ERP (NetSuite) optimization and integration across finance, operations, manufacturing, and sales.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or senior leader in a manufacturing or technology-driven company.
- Track record of scaling operations of companies in hyper growth mode
- Deep expertise in process design, systems implementation, and operational optimization.
- Hands-on, collaborative, and technology-forward leader.
- Experience leading multiple NetSuite ERP implementations is a strong plus.
