**Responsibilities**
-  Greet clients and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor
-  Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately
-  Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
-  Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room logistics
-  Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries
-  Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
-  Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations
