Production Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our production floor — guiding, teaching, and keeping everything running smoother than a freshly calibrated press.
What You’ll Do
As a
Production Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead from the front — hands-on, present, and ready to tackle challenges directly
- Diagnose and repair a variety of tooling and equipment, including hand tools and presses
- Maintain top-tier quality standards through inspection and process improvement
- Get involved in RMA activities and quality dispositions
- Interpret prints, drawings, and blueprints to spot critical build requirements
- Train and onboard team members with patience and clear communication
- Use ERP systems effectively and leverage testing software such as Kimax and Camie Cable
You’ll be surrounded by the exciting world of

Who You Are
- Our ideal Production Supervisor brings:
- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity (or certification) with IPC standards
- Strong communication skills
