Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 base + up to 40% annual bonus + long-term (3–5 year) value creation incentives

Role Overview
The President will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving organizational performance, market growth, and culture in alignment with the company’s core values. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader with strong manufacturing and engineering expertise who can work effectively with a creative owner and diverse stakeholders.

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing and engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated success in growing revenue and customer base.
• Strong ability to interpret and leverage financial statements (income statement and balance sheet).
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and creating organizational alignment.
• Deep understanding of operational efficiency, cycle time reduction, and bias for action.
• Commitment to ethical, safe, and compliant operations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading in a privately held or family-owned business environment.
• Exposure to contract manufacturing markets.
• Background in developing or expanding engineering capabilities.
