About the Role:
We're seeking a professional Executive Assistant/Receptionist for a 3-month assignment supporting a Private Equity or Hedge Fund office. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a high-caliber financial environment and is comfortable managing administrative and front-desk operations with discretion, accuracy, and polish.
Key Details:
- Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - Midtown Manhattan Office
- Wednesday - Greenwich, CT Office
- Must be able to commute to both locations — this is non-negotiable .
- Lunch: Company provides lunch daily. Candidate may opt for a non-paid 30-minute lunch break (to be determined before assignment start).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phones, email correspondence, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings and conference rooms
- Handle document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to executives and investment team members
- Maintain office organization and ensure a polished, welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Private Equity or Hedge Fund environment required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
