Administrative Assistant.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$24/hr - $28/hr (Temp)
$55k - $65k (Perm)
Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in an administrative capacity. The Administrative Assistant will be the primary support for office coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and ready to contribute immediately. This role offers visibility, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement in a temp-to-hire capacity.
Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
- Provide general administrative support including calendar updates, meeting preparation, and scheduling.
- Maintain office supplies, handle incoming communications, and assist with document management.
- Help coordinate team events, brainstorming sessions, and internal communications.
- Support HR, operations, and leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for both internal staff and external guests.
- Keep shared drives and project files organized and up to date.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience, Office Management experience, or similar.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Background or coursework in marketing, communications, or media is a plus.
- Experience with Slack, project management tools, or CRM systems.
- Previous support role in a creative, agency, or startup setting is a bonus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience.
