What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee direction of all manufacturing and contract manufacturing activities
- Act as overall leader of the syringe manufacturing site
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with forecasts and goals
- Drive process improvements through lean principles and technology adoption
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, OSHA, and international standards
- Lead and mentor managers and staff to meet and exceed site objectives
About You
- Bachelors Degree required. Masters/MBA is a +
- Deep understanding of GMP, GDP, and FDA/ISO regulated environments
- Skilled in process optimization, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop high-performing teams
- SAP proficiency and comfort managing multiple production sites
