Overview:
Skybridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with a leading senior living organization seeking an accomplished and strategic Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of senior living communities throughout the North Region. This executive will provide hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader who thrives in a service-driven culture and has a strong record of success in multi-site senior living or healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support multiple senior living communities within the North Region, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care and service.
- Partner closely with Executive Directors to achieve operational, clinical, and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction, team engagement, and community performance.
- Oversee regional financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, with a focus on profitability and growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development among community leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company standards while promoting operational best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, sales, HR, and facilities teams to align regional goals and initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, regulators, and key stakeholders to advance organizational reputation and success.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Virginia or be willing to relocate to the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of multi-site operational leadership in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel regionally across Virginia and neighboring states.
- Travel based role 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000, commensurate with experience
