Position Summary
Oversee functional areas of plant operation including production, materials, purchasing, and manufacturing engineering. Identifies problems and develops plans to improve uses of materials, machines, and employees as well as all related processes. The Plant Manager will have six direct reports in the areas of safety, production, materials, quality, engineering and human resources.
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of twelve years’ work experience in a B2B manufacturing environment. Current or previous experience as a Plant Manager is required.
- Experience in material flow and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Results-oriented individual possessing analytical skills and demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize projects.
