The Role
We’re looking for a builder — someone who thrives on scaling teams, sharpening operations, and driving growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for an intelligent, trustworthy operator who values performance and money, understands manufacturing, and knows how to turn vision into disciplined execution.
You’ll drive company goals, build and manage high-performing teams, and run daily operations while preparing IPC for its next stage of growth.

- Scale & Build – Hire and develop managers, establish systems, and design a scalable operating structure.
- Operations Leadership – Own daily activities, order fulfillment, and cross-functional execution.

- People Builder – Develop a functional, high-performing organization that values accountability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Strategy – Run the operating cadence and ensure follow-through.
- Manage Operations – Oversee Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Sales Support to hit goals on cost, quality, and delivery.
- Build Teams & Processes – Create org structures, role charters, SOPs, and KPI dashboards. Recruit and coach A-players.
- Drive Performance – Improve throughput, reduce waste, and ensure compliance. Build financial and operational discipline.
- Enable Growth – Align operations with key accounts, launch new products smoothly, and evaluate capacity expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven builder of scalable operations and teams in manufacturing or related industries.
- 5-10+ years progressive leadership in operations, production, or supply chain.
- Strong financial acumen and process orientation.
- Understands the importance of high-performing departments working together.
- Honest, trustworthy, and intelligent leader who inherently values money and results.
- Must be onsite in Los Angeles, California.
