We are currently recruiting internationally qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for a the largest non-profit hospital system in Indiana, USA under a Direct-Hire H1B visa program. Role Overview – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg/PCU)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, bedside nursing care in Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care (PCU) units
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and document accurately
- Administer medications and treatments following clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Respond to emergency situations and critical patient needs
- Uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must have passed the NCLEX (required)
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years of recent experience in acute care (preferably in Medical-Surgical or Progressive Care Unit)
- Demonstrates strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Willing to relocate and adapt to the U.S. healthcare system
- Proficient in English (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or OET accepted)
- VisaScreen Certificate – either obtained or in progress
