A real estate firm in Midtown is seeking a proactive and polished Executive Assistant. 
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
- Provide a high-level of customer service to UHNW clients and internal teams
- Organize meetings and events, including space, catering, materials, and A/V
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Assist with special projects and provide general team support
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience in an executive support and/or office management role
- Highly organized, resourceful, and confident managing multiple priorities
