Vice President of Operations
Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations will lead the operational strategy and execution for our food manufacturing and co-packing business. This role is critical in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving overall efficiency in our supply chain to achieve both company and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the food manufacturing and co-packing facilities to ensure efficient production processes.
- Manage and optimize supply chain functions to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in production processes.
- Collaborate with finance to manage P&L, budget forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence within all operational teams.
 
 
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Operations or similar leadership role in food manufacturing or co-packing.
- Strong knowledge of production, supply chain management, and quality assurance processes.
- Financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget oversight.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across various departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
