Admissions Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- As an admissions nurse (LPN), you will be the first point of contact for residents as they enter your nursing home.
- You will collect medical information for potential and existing residents.
- You will ensure all insurance paperwork for incoming residents are in order.
- You will conduct appropriate admission assessments of incoming residents to your nursing home.
Requirements
Admissions Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Illinois
- At least one year experience in admissions nursing in a SNF or a SMHRF
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive communication style
