We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist operates a switchboard and receive visitors. 
Scheduled work hours are: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Respond to general phone inquiries from general public, clients, etc.
- Processing expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in line with agency guidelines.
- Answer telephone, screen and field calls
· Maintaining accurate records of expenses and receipts.
· Engaging in clear and concise communication to swiftly resolve any issues that may arise, fostering seamless collaboration across the agency.
· Coordinate the logistics of client-related meetings, from managing catering to booking conference rooms, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
· Provide welcoming atmosphere for all who enter our doors.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned by manager to support the overall success of the team and organization.

Requirements:
- 1-2- years experience handling general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented
- Professional personal presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel/expense reporting software, Concur a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across the agency.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability for results.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary: $45,000 Annually
