Job Overview:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our supply chain operations. You’ll oversee day-to-day activities across purchasing, inventory management, production planning, and logistics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a process improvement mindset, and the ability to mentor and empower team members.
Essential Functions
- Oversee purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, production planning, receiving, inventory control, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, accounting, quality, and sales teams
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct cost analysis.
- Contribute to ERP system implementation and optimization for purchasing and inventory workflows.
- Analyze data to monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and supplier performance.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and mitigate risks.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or upcoming challenges in the supply chain
- Maintain compliance with industry regulatory requirements
- Hold team accountable and present on supply chain KPIs. Ensures the team is adequately staffed and trained to meet strategic and functional goals.
- Empower the team to own processes in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, and/or production planning
- Proven experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, aerospace & defense) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas)
- Familiarity with material requirements planning (MRP) and master production scheduling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to executive leadership
- Travels up to 25% of the time to visit suppliers and business partners and perform other business activities.
