About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day logistics, administrative tasks, and event coordination that keep our business running smoothly. This person will handle everything from processing and tracking orders to managing trade show logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and fulfillment (Amazon, retail, direct-to-consumer).
- Coordinate shipping logistics.
- Maintain inventory tracking and communicate with suppliers and warehouses.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and trade show paperwork.
- Plan and execute trade show logistics (shipments, booth setup coordination, travel arrangements).
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support general administrative needs such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Assist with process improvements and documentation of workflows.
Qualifications
- Some experience in logistics, operations, or administrative coordination is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer software systems.
- Comfortable working independently in a small-team setting.
- Ideal if you have experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or trade shows.
- Bonus points if you know about or have cared for chickens.
