Wisconsin Centrifugal, a division of MetalTek International, has an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Operations Leader to head our manufacturing functions. This role carries responsibility for the Leadership of approximately 300 employees and oversight of more than $170 million in annual production of highly engineered cast, machined, and fabricated metal products for customers across critical industries.
Position Overview
The Operations Leader will direct the management and development of the human, physical, and financial resources of our operating departments. This Leader will ensure alignment with MetalTek’s strategic objectives and profitability goals while fostering our Making a Lasting Difference culture.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Management. (required)
- 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing leadership.
- Advanced degree in Business or Manufacturing Management. (preferred)
- Strong background in foundry processes and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience in a job shop environment with exposure to cost accounting, budgeting, machining, and welding.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence, develop teams, champion Safety, and deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Financial goals.
