Your Role: Office & Intake Support Specialist
As the first point of contact for patients, families, and referral sources, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into our care. You’ll support our clinical and administrative teams by streamlining processes, managing communications, addressing referrals, and helping us deliver care that truly makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face and voice of Triad—field calls and greet visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage relationships with clients, families, staff, and referral sources.
- Verify schedules, review, and process referrals.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals
- Document cancellations, missed visits, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet patient needs.
- Perform general office tasks, filing, and cross-train on back-office functions.
- Support a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in administrative support, billing, or scheduling.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and web-based tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multitask.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
- Experience in home healthcare administration preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Department of Aging regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma required; some college education a plus.
