Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set and communicate clear strategic goals aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and financial plans to meet profitability targets.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring teams are aligned and accountable.
- Champion operational excellence through structured continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with ownership on capital investment strategies to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing, ideally as a Plant Manager or Director of Operations.
- Proven success in implementing formal continuous improvement systems.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- High energy, proactive leadership style with a passion for driving positive change.
- Plastics industry experience strongly preferred—especially in Injection Molding, Thermoforming, or Blow Molding.
