Salary Range: $45K - $55K (based on experience)

Position Overview:
As the Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office — greeting guests, fielding calls, and making sure the workplace runs like clockwork. You’ll help set the tone for our agency’s professionalism, energy, and hospitality while ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and ensure they are directed appropriately
- Manage a multi-line phone system: answer, screen, and route calls professionally
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including lobby, meeting rooms, kitchen, and supply areas
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared for use
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar management as needed
- Provide light administrative support to teams (printing, filing, formatting, etc.)
- Serve as the point of contact for facilities-related needs and liaise with vendors or property management
- Support company culture initiatives and internal events
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role (agency experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Workspace is a plus
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive, can-do attitude
