About the Job:
Pacific International has been confidentially retained by a global manufacturing organization at a pivotal point in its growth and transformation. The company is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Vice President of Facilities and Fleet to lead capital investment, infrastructure, and fleet operations for a fast-growing, high-volume production and logistics organization. In this pivotal role, you will report to the COO, oversee new facility construction, major renovations, and the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our operational footprint across the Americas.
You’ll be at the center of strategic growth initiatives, from delivering state-of-the-art production facilities to ensuring our fleet and infrastructure operate at peak performance. What You’ll Do:
- Lead large-scale facility construction and modernization projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee maintenance programs to maximize asset uptime, safety, and efficiency.
- Drive long-term capital planning aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
- Manage facility and fleet budgets with a focus on cost discipline and return on investment.
- Build strong relationships with key vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and building regulations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing facilities and fleet management team.
- Partner with operations leadership to support seamless production and logistics performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in facilities, capital projects, and fleet management, ideally in high-volume, regulated environments such as manufacturing, logistics, or food production.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of building systems, industrial equipment, and maintenance best practices.
- Experience developing and executing multi-year capital plans.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization and travel as needed.
