Job Summary: Under the direction of the Building Administrator, is responsible for performing clerical duties in the daily operations of the school office. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job descriptions.
Salary Range:$28.25 - $32.02/hour Level B Office Personnel per 2024-25 Public School Employees Salary Schedule (Anticipated salary increase effective September 1, 2025.)
Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Paid Hours: 7 hours per day
- Lunch Break: 30-minutes unpaid break
- Calendar: 9 months/year (185 days); enjoy time office during spring break, winter break and summer, plus 11 paid holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Business training and/or three years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience including computer literacy, budget analysis or fiscal management and records maintenance.
- Office experience in similar position is preferred.
- Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
