Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Elementary/K-12 Student Success, is responsible for performing administrative assistant duties in the daily operations of the Student Success department. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range: $33.58 - $37.81/hour Level E Office Personnel per 2024-25 Public School Employees Salary Schedule (Anticipated salary increase effective September 1, 2025.)
Work Year: 8.00 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 12 months/year.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of relevant work preferred, including experience with information systems (Skyward), budget tracking and records management.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills applied across diverse functional areas.
- Preferred: Experience working in a public-school setting, such as serving as registrar. An associate degree in business administration, data science or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
