Executive Assistant/Roadshow Coordinator ($120k-$140k)
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant/Roadshow Coordinator to provide high-level support for a leading global investment firm in Midtown.
This position will support two busy professionals with all aspects of conference and roadshow coordination. Financial services experience is required!
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple executive calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
- Communicating with investors, arranging roadshows, and entering information into CRM systems
- Preparing and printing pitchbooks and materials for meetings
- Organize complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including processing visas
- Assist with booking conference rooms, dinner reservations, and team events
- Process expense reports and collaborate with the accounts payable team as needed
- Prepare correspondence, organize files, and complete data entry tasks
- Coordinate with IT to set up and troubleshoot audio/visual components

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior professionals within financial services
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Deal Cloud or Salesforce
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
