Job Summary:
We are seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead all aspects of our manufacturing operations across both facilities. This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining world-class safety and quality standards, managing P&L performance, and delivering superior customer value. The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading multi-site manufacturing teams in complex, high-stakes environments.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
• Full P&L accountability for the Manufacturing Division.
• Lead all manufacturing operations across Houston, TX and Amesbury, MA.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Champion a safety-first culture ensuring full compliance with EHS regulations.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effectiveness of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and maintain ISO certifications.
• Oversee capacity planning, production scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Optimize supply chain and procurement partnerships in collaboration with internal teams.
• Attract, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Manage manufacturing budgets to meet financial and operational targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Project Management, Engineering, and Sales.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, MBA a plus, or a related field.
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Extensive experience in successful manufacturing leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills using data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve operational targets.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP including CRM and estimating systems to support cross-functional business needs.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to move throughout the office to access files, office equipment, and other materials. The role involves constant use of computers and standard office equipment, including telephones, printers, photocopiers, and fax machines. Regular communication with internal and external parties is essential, requiring the ability to exchange accurate information via phone, email, and in person. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
This position involves work in both office and manufacturing environments:
• Work is split between an office setting and time spent on the manufacturing floor.
• Travel is required between the Houston and Amesbury facilities.
• The noise level is typically moderate in the office, and moderate to high in the manufacturing areas.
• The employee may be exposed to varying environmental conditions and noise levels while on the manufacturing floor.
