Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
