Senior Operations Excellence Manager
Location: On-site. Litchfield County CT

What You’ll Do:
- Champion the deployment of business transformation strategies, ensuring alignment of key performance metrics throughout the plant.
- Collaborate with local and regional leaders to roll out performance improvement roadmaps and cost optimization initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior plant leadership—instilling a culture of zero-loss thinking across all operational functions.
- Strengthen internal capabilities by building core excellence frameworks in quality, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Organize and facilitate high-impact improvement workshops (Kaizens) to drive breakthrough performance.
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver on multi-year cost-reduction and process-enhancement targets.
- Lead a team of engineers focused on operational excellence, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required; engineering background preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in plant-based manufacturing leadership; 3+ years working within structured production systems.
- Mastery of Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred), and production maintenance strategies.
- Experience guiding large-scale change and transformation programs.
- Comfortable operating in matrixed, global environments with diverse teams.
- Adept at simplifying complexity, influencing across all levels, and driving measurable results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; up to 25% travel expected.
