Location and Schedule:
- Position located in Groton, CT
- Contract duration extends through the current school year
- 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Supporting one students health plan within the school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assist with health-related needs of the assigned student during school hours
- Administer care in compliance with healthcare plans and school policies
- Maintain accurate health records and communicate with school staff and healthcare providers
