Position: Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
Location: U.S. (preferred) with travel to Mexico & Canada

About the Role
We're a fast-growing electric motor manufacturer preparing to launch 10+ new programs across the next 24 months. These will span axial flux, permanent magnet (PM), induction, brushed/brushless DC, and linear motors — from low to high-volume production.
We’re looking for a high-impact engineering leader with deep electric motor manufacturing experience and a track record of launching new products successfully across international operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
- Launch new motor lines — on time, on budget, and on quality
- Implement world-class Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) standards
- Manage ~$5M annual CAPEX
- Build and lead high-performing internal and external engineering teams
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to drive success
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience launching electric motors into production
- Strong leadership across both remote and onsite engineering teams
- Highly organized, execution-focused, and customer-centric
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
