Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business and manufacturing at a high-growth DFW location, including financial performance, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership. This individual will play a critical role in driving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Oversee P&L management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Drive operational efficiency, optimizing manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and drive innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in custom products manufacturing.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management, strategic planning, and cost optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience driving operational excellence and leading transformational change.
- Ability to build and nurture high-performance teams and foster a results-driven culture.
