Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our administrative team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and be able to efficiently handle data entry tasks, physical mailing, and lead research.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into various databases and spreadsheets
- Prepare and mail client notices and other correspondence
- Light Bookkeeping
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience preferred
Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available (can work mornings or afternoons and can vary the schedule with advance notice).
