As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to develop and implement robust manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and components
- Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to resolve them promptly
- Establish quality control standards and procedures to maintain product integrity throughout the production process
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and manufacturing techniques to enhance capability
- Utilize data analysis tools and methods to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Support the procurement of manufacturing equipment and tools, ensuring alignment with production requirements and budget constraints
- Develop and test new manufacturing and assembly cells, appropriate jigs and fixtures to optimize build process and labor efficiencies and quality.
- Support in developing and optimizing crew training, developing training literature and manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in renewable energy or related industries
- Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools to create and analyze production layouts
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments
