Home Care Coordinator at
Caring Senior Service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive
exceptional care. You’ll be the vital link between clients, caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals, helping us provide

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Caregiver Schedules: Ensure coverage to meet client needs and maintain continuity of care
- Onboard New Clients: Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans
- Monitor Client Satisfaction: Resolve concerns and adjust services to ensure optimal care
- Maintain Clear Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and families
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to state regulations and internal policies
- Documentation: Accurately maintain client records and care plans
- Emergency Coverage: Respond to caregiver call-offs and provide immediate coverage
- Collaborate on Staffing Needs: Work with recruiters to address caregiver shortages
- Track Compliance: Ensure caregiver training, background checks, and certifications are up-to-date
- Support Quality Initiatives: Contribute to performance improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge: Familiarity with state home care regulations and scheduling software (e.g., Tendio)
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility: Willingness to take on-call responsibilities (nights/weekends on rotation)
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and care management software
- Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
