Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for pediatric care to join our growing team throughout
New York City’s five boroughs: Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in home settings
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor, document, and communicate any changes in patient condition
- Operate and manage specialized medical equipment, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Educate family members on care procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards
Qualifications:
- Current NYS LPN License (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience (Required)
- Pediatric nursing experience highly preferred
- Fluent in English – spoken and written
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (ITIN not accepted)
- BLS certification (Preferred)
- PALS certification (Preferred)
