Role And Responsibilities
The SVP will lead all operational aspects. They will have the ability to develop a strong team, drive change in a complex organization, generate significant impact through strategic and tactical direction, and deliver results.
This position will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in achieving strategic/operational/financial goals.
This executive will build uniquely strong relationships with our internal stakeholders as well as across all of the Retailers we sell through at all levels.
Position Objective
- Leadership: Lead and develop a growing leadership team to ensure they are delivering strong results and customer experience as we continue to expand our footprint through omni-channels and key retail partners.
- Operations: Focused on driving organizational stability, scaling for growth, and driving a culture of performance and accountability.
- Develop strategic and operational plans, managing execution, measuring and delivering results to meet or exceed our financial goals.
- Innovation/Retail Experience: Lead the design and implementation of short and long-range strategies to deliver results, create sustainability and drive innovation within Organization.
- Results-Oriented: Develop strategies to achieve the short and long-term performance goals across revenue, operational KPIs, profitability targets, and customer satisfaction across all lines areas of the business.
Scope of Position
- General oversight of Operations, Sales and other key departments within organization.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external teams to build collaborative strategies to drive top and bottom line performance
- Set the strategic vision and objectives for consumer product wholesaler and build actionable plans to achieve results
- Manage and develop a high-performing organization to drive results
- Create strong relationships with key internal and external executives
- Proactively communicate updates and asks with leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop initiatives and programs to drive customer traffic to our brand partners
- Work closely with finance to ensure accurate financial forecasts and inventory projections
Minimum Qualifications:
- 20+ years in the Wholesale or Retailer space or relevant experience; specifically owning a P&L and serving as a key member of the executive team.
- Proven experience in strategic and organizational development.
- Experience with multi-unit leadership responsibilities.
- Track record of leader influencing people, processes, and technology choices in a manner that enriches the company’s culture and overall team performance in a complex environment.
- Highly adept and capable of building and maintaining trusting partnerships and relationships across the board with business unit leadership as well as with the company’s external consumer, wholesale, retail and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to travel as needed.
