Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases with high accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing, correcting, and updating information.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all platforms.
- Assist in generating regular reports and summaries based on inputted data.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary data and support their data needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related position.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed requirement of 60 words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with database software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
