Reboot Staff is seeking a reliable and organized Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the Office Receptionist will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at our Raleigh office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls promptly
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Support internal departments with clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
