Reboot Staff is seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Receptionist to join our administrative team in Austin. This role is vital in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, supporting internal staff, and handling daily office operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct all visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain the front desk and reception area in a clean and organized manner
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks
Provide support to various departments as needed
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
