About the job
We're looking for a full-time Production Operator who values safety, trust, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Here at Ripple you'll find a culture that values engagement, flexibility, and high feedback. At times, mandatory overtime may be required, and flexible schedules are a must. Hours may change based on business needs.
The current schedule is generally M-TH 6:00am - 4:30pm. Schedule subject to change to meet the needs of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Packaging and labeling products.
- Washing dishes and small wares.
- Assist with scheduled cleaning of facility
- Attention to detail and product quality. This is critical to the role.
- Perform and record regular quality checks.
- Adjust process according to quality results to achieve target quality parameters.
- After a successful period of training, set up, shut down, and clean up equipment for daily production.
- General maintenance of equipment as required.
- Any other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Leads.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ years of age with a current MED Badge or the ability to obtain one.
- Manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience a plus!
- Able to stand for hours at a time, work in a hot environment, and lift 50 lbs.
- Read and write English to be able to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Must be reliable and able to attend the workplace in person daily.
