Project Coordinator – B&B

Position Type: Full-Time/ Onsite

Pay Range: 50-70K

Job Department: Cosmetics, Beauty, Bath & Body, and Skincare Products

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be the connection between the production processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Must be able to organize and maintain data clearly and efficiently. The ability to work with multiple managers with clear communication is key.

Efficiently communicate with factories overseas daily
Track pricing, MOQ, sample details, etc.
Organize and manage the timeline of all new projects
Keep project managers informed of the status of all projects. Repeated follow-up.
Processing and keeping on top of customer orders
Implement efficient sourcing strategies
Work with the product development team to understand requirements and options
Cooperate with the sales team to achieve customer pricing targets
Analyze competitors’ and benchmark costs
Anticipate needs for changes in supply based on sales and customer needs
Plan a schedule based on the timings of deliveries
Able to interpret data and strategize alternative options
Troubleshooting challenges with realistic and creative solutions
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years’ experience in a production-related role preferred.
