About Us:

New York City Restaurant Group operates a dynamic portfolio of restaurants known for exceptional hospitality, culinary excellence, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing and Events Manager across a range of tasks related to marketing initiatives, event planning, and restaurant operations.

Position Overview:

This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has an interest in hospitality, marketing, and event coordination. You’ll play a key support role, helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Events Manager
Assist with scheduling, internal communications, and follow-ups across departments
Help coordinate marketing campaigns and social media content (drafting captions, collecting photos, scheduling posts, etc.)
Support event planning logistics, including venue availability, vendor outreach, and client communication
Maintain and update digital files, documents, calendars, and databases
Help ensure marketing and event materials are organized and up to date
Assist with general restaurant operational tasks and internal project management as needed

Qualifications:

1–2 years of administrative, marketing, events, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Social media familiarity (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve independently
Interest in food, hospitality, or events a strong plus
