Akkodis is seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in Film Coating to lead and optimize film coating operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role drives product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while building and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in film coating processes, leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day film coating operations across multi-shift teams.
Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently achieved.
Drive process improvements to boost yield, throughput, and efficiency.
Partner with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain on new products, validations, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and other regulations.
Mentor and develop supervisors, operators, and technicians.
Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and automation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Coating Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of coating processes, equipment, and formulations.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
