Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set and communicate clear strategic goals aligned with corporate growth objectives.
Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and financial plans to meet profitability targets.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring teams are aligned and accountable.
Champion operational excellence through structured continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with ownership on capital investment strategies to enhance capabilities and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing, ideally as a Plant Manager or Director of Operations.
Proven success in implementing formal continuous improvement systems.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
High energy, proactive leadership style with a passion for driving positive change.
Plastics industry experience strongly preferred—especially in Injection Molding, Thermoforming, or Blow Molding.
