As of October 9th, a terrific law firm seeks a highly detailed professional for an Executive Assistant role. This dynamic position will involve:

Interacting regularly with clients over the phone, in-person, and through email.
Serving as a “gatekeeper” and liaison for high-level attorneys.
Coordinating the daily schedules of the executives, arranging travel itineraries, and booking appointments.
Processing travel and expense reports and maintaining organized records and files.
Conducting research and assisting with the creation of presentations and proposals.
Prioritizing conflicting needs, following up on projects through completion, and researching incoming issues.
Overseeing corporate gifting.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.
Five to ten years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
Extremely effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to establish rapport with others, and a professional demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Adaptability to changing demands and flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Problem-solver and forward-looking thinker that thrives in fast-paced environment.
