The Administrative Skill Sets We Are Looking For Varies As Part-time Positions Become Available. The Most Frequent Part-time Help We Are Looking For Are In The Following Areas
- General clerical help involving reception and answering phones, data entry and typing, scheduling, Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), filing, copying, and large scale document scanning and archiving projects
- Bookkeeping, revenue and expenditure tracking, and basic accounting services
- Basic research, data gathering, data analysis, and report writing
- Grant writing and reporting
- Programmatic support (specialized areas vary)
- Event planning and coordination
