Our client is actively seeking a Vice President of Operations. This is an on-site executive role based in Houston, TX.
You should apply if you have:
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Direct experience managing both sterile (aseptic) and non-sterile (solid/semi-solid) manufacturing
- 5+ years of executive-level management, leading cross-functional teams of 100+ staff
- Familiarity with AI/automation in manufacturing, workflow optimization, or data-driven decision-making
