Who We're Looking ForWe're searching for a Customer Care Manager who is both a doer and a leader. This isn't a sit-back-and-supervise role-it's hands-on problem-solving, client care, and scheduling combined with coaching and guiding a team. What You'll Do
Scheduling & Operations: Actively manage daily scheduling tasks, shift coverage, and on-call rotation; ensure staff are placed strategically to meet client needs.
Staff Engagement & Recruitment: Supervise and coach the Scheduling Coordinator and Recruiting Specialist; build trust and retention with field staff; oversee hiring and onboarding.
Client & Customer Service: Anticipate the needs of clients and families to ensure a seamless and positive experience; serve as the point of contact for clients and families; execute BrightStar's 24/7/30 touchpoints strategy; monitor satisfaction surveys and drive improvements.
Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives that improve employee and client satisfaction, directly supporting weekly revenue targets and long-term growth.
What You'll Bring
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or customer service, with supervisory responsibilities
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on execution balanced with oversight and accountability
Excellent communication skills-empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally as needed
Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and meet health requirements
- Up-to-date vaccinations including Influenza, COVID-19, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Rubella, Varicella, MMR, and Hepatitis B
