🏠Food Manufacturing | Growth Phase
If you’re the kind of leader who walks into a business, looks at the flow, the way people communicate, and immediately sees how it could all run better — this might be worth a chat.
We’re supporting a rapidly growing, food manufacturer that’s looking to bring in a Vice President of Supply Chain to professionalise and scale operations across a multi-site U.S. network.
It’s a mix of strategy and execution: shaping the roadmap, building capability, and delivering measurable results — from planning and logistics to procurement, inventory, and customer service.
You’ll report directly into the senior leadership team and play a major part in building a modern, data-driven, and commercially aligned supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end supply chain strategy across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Embedding S&OP / IBP discipline to improve visibility and planning accuracy.
- Building and developing a capable, performance-focused team.
- Driving cost, cash, and service improvements through smarter network design.
- Partnering with investors and executive leadership to support ambitious growth plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in ingredients manufacturing (essential).
- Experienence in Dairy/Whey/Proteins (highly advatagous).
- A track record of leading multi-site or integrated supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of planning, logistics, and procurement functions.
- Data-driven, financially literate, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- A leadership style that’s hands-on, people-focused, and commercially grounded.
Why Apply
- The investment, ambition, and autonomy to actually make change happen.
- Opportunity to build and shape the function, not just maintain it.
- Exposure to investors and leadership who value speed, transparency, and results.
